GG Rent A Motorbike Terms & Conditions Requirements
The RIDER is defined to mean the person who rents the motorcycle and has fully agreed to the below terms and conditions including signing the “GG (KK) Rental Agreement”.
The RIDER should be fully aware of the Road Rules and Regulations and understanding each circumstances and road laws of this country.
The RIDER should have valid license as proof and identity card/passport allowing GG (KK) to photocopy for security/recording purposes.
The RIDER agrees to authorize GG (KK) to charge the RIDERS’ credit/cash for the following;
• Extra mileage, late return and refuelling.
• Damage, theft, loss or non-return of the motorcycle including equipment rented out due to negligence.
•Expenses incurred by GG (KK) in order to bring the motorcycles or any equipment back to its original state and appropriate location.
• Any other expenses incurred related to or resulting from any of the above.
Rental days are charged per calendar day. When calculating the number of days a motorcycle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the rental. The day of the motorcycle return is counted as the final day of the rental. Motorcycles are required to be collected and returned within business hours (9am-6pm-6 days a week).
License
A current and full motor vehicle license is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection. Should a foreign license be in a language other than English it must be accompanied by a current international driving/riding permit issued in the same country as the driver/rider license was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving/riding permit.
Repairs
Repairs up to MYR 5.00 may be affected without authorisation and will be reimbursed upon presentation of a receipt. For amounts over MYR 5.00, GG (KK) will need to be informed in advance. Repairs will be approved provided the customer was not directly responsible for the damage. Receipts must be submitted for any repair or the claim will not be entertained.
In case of accidents due to own negligence and towage service are being required all expenses will be borne by The Rider.
Booking Terms
To confirm a booking, payment is required in full.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure – 95% refund of full amount paid.
• Cancellations made 21-30 days prior to departure – 75% refund of full amount paid.
• Cancellations made 11-20 days prior to departure – 50% refund of full amount paid.
•Cancellations made 1-10 days prior to departure – 25% refund of full amount paid.
• Cancellations made on exact day/after departure – NO REFUND.
We recommend that you check your personal insurance to see that if you are covered overseas due to riding motorcycles accident.
Any uncertainties that incurs charges for the RIDER and PASSENGER to be treated or hospitalized will not be responsible by GG Rent A Motorbike.
Riding Restrictions
Important
GG (KK) Rent A Motorbike reserves the right to refuse any rental at its discretion.
Any personnel who had not signed the “GG (KK) Rental Agreement” and the “GG (KK) Terms & Conditions” are not permitted to ride a GG (KK) motorcycle.
GG (KK) motorcycles are not allowed on dirt roads or beaches. Nor are they allowed through mud and any rough road situations.
Riding in extreme weather conditions is not recommended and if there were to be any damaged caused to the motorcycle will be fully held responsible by the RIDER.
Drinking and Driving/Riding a vehicle/motorcycle is prohibited in the Law of this country and servere punishment will be taken action by authorities towards The RIDER.
Motorcycle Pick-Up
Motorcycle can be collected for usage from business hours 9am – 6pm daily (6 days a week/Sunday and Public Holidays off).
The personnel who have rented the motorcycle have to agree to the above and signing the Rental and Terms & Conditions agreement before proceeding with renting the motorbike.
Full payment and deposit has to be paid by cash/credit card before the personnel can rent the motorcycle.
A deposit of RM 500 is required due to safety purposes and will be fully returned to the personnel upon receiving the motorcycle back after rental and inspection of the motorcycle conditions.
Credit Card debited bonds are subjected to a 2% administration fee in addition to the bond amount when the credit card use is either a VISA or MasterCard and 4.5% when the credit card used is an American Express.
The RIDER will receive a Travel Guide and a MAP for travelling around KK easier with no hassle.
Motorcycle Drop-Off
Motorcycle returned later then the mentioned working hours (9am-6pm) will be additionally charged for another one day full rental.
If the motorcycle and equipment are damaged, lost or stolen upon return inspection, then GG (KK) will have the rights to charge the RIDER.
Calculation Errors
GG will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur GG will charge for the shortfall.
Motorcycle Drop-Off
Motorcycle returned later then the mentioned working hours (9am-6pm) will be additionally charged for another one day full rental.
If the motorcycle and equipment are damaged, lost or stolen upon return inspection, then GG (KK) will have the rights to charge the RIDER.
Early return of vehicle does not entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused of the rental. GG allows a grace period of 59 minutes before the hirer is liable for late return charges. RM 15.00 late return fees will be charged.
Change of Drop-off Destination
If the customer wishes to change the drop-off destination, they must first obtain authorisation GG.
Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to RM 20.00 may apply applicable in KK town outskirts will be charged more.
Infringements
GG reserves the right to charge the hirer for any speeding or parking fines, associated administration costs and/or accidents including Third Party property damage not reported on return of the vehicle. The administration fee per fine, in addition to the fine, will be RM 50.00.
Fuel Policy
The motorcycle will be given out with a full tank of fuel. (MYR 10.00).
The motorcycle has to be returned with full fuel or a penalty of MYR 10.00 will be charged.

Helmet – MYR 50.00
Givi Raincoat – MYR 80.00
Givi Storage Box – MYR 100.00
Keys and Road Tax disc - MYR 150.00
